SiteKreator: How did you hear about SiteKreator and why did you decide to migrate your company website to it?

Robert Halik :  One of the founding principals of our firm – Chris Lee – heard about the service and decided to give SiteKreator a try. When I joined the firm in November 2007, I began working with SiteKreator to initiate efforts to refresh our website in terms of its cosmetic appearance. We have since begun SEO efforts and will continue to make improvements to the site so I look forward to working more with SiteKreator in the future.

SiteKreator: What was the main challenge during the re-creation of your site in SiteKreator?

Robert Halik :  Like most things in life, the hardest part was getting started and getting comfortable with the tool. It’s actually very user friendly and designed for people who are not overly technical so anyone can really learn how to do it – it's a nice tool. Although I have more to learn and will continue to get better with SiteKreator, I am definitely comfortable with it and feel that we will be able to do what we need to do with the platform, especially with the great support we get from SiteKreator.

SiteKreator: You were one of the first customers to take advantage of the free web consultation coming with our Business and Power accounts. How did this consultation affect your work on the site?

Robert Halik : The SiteKreator team is talented and friendly, they are a true pleasure to work with and I am personally very grateful for all of the helpful feedback they have given me.

SiteKreator: You worked with SiteKreator design team on getting several design customizations applied to your site. What is your general impression from the effect of these customizations, and from your work with our design team?

Robert Halik: Again, the SiteKreator design team is fantastic. They are very talented, friendly, and generous in spirit. The platform they have created is great but it’s the SiteKreator people that really add the extra value – without them it’s just another nifty tool.

SiteKreator: Would you recommend SiteKreator to other businesses in need of a website?

Robert Halik: Based on my personal experience, I would certainly recommend SiteKreator to another business, especially smaller businesses that have to do much of their marketing work on their own, without the benefit of big marketing budgets or Ad Agency help etc.

SiteKreator: What features would you recommend adding in SiteKreator?

Robert Halik: Not sure. Perhaps anything that helps the user more easily format and work with pictures.
